Manual Day Tanks
Phillips single wall (PDT) and double wall (PDWT) series day tanks provide a ready supply of oil or diesel fuel for boilers, diesel generators, or other stationary, engine-driven or burner-fired equipment. With capacities ranging from 25 to 650 gallons, Phillips Pump day tanks may be selected for maximum fuel capacity for placement in a minimum amount of space.
All tanks are manufactured in accordance with a UL 142 label and meet NFPA 30 standards. Each Phillips Pump day tank is constructed from 10 gauge steel, seam welded to provide long lasting life in rugged industrial and commercial environments.
Each tank is pressure tested with a 5 PSI rating, and has an internal epoxy coating with an external chemical-resistant enamel finish over a rust-resistant primer.
Our PDT series single wall day tank or our PDWT series double wall day tank includes a mechanical gauge as a visual level indicator, a UL sized standard and emergency vent port, 2" NPT manual fill port, 1" NPT tank fill ports, generator supply, generator return, overflow and drain ports. Our PDWT series double wall daytank also includes a rupture basin standard and emergency vent port.

- Either 150% and 200% optional rupture containment basins are available for the single wall daytanks. Our PDWT series double wall daytank comes complete with closed top 135% inner tank rupture containment basin
- An array of day tank options such as vent caps, fill caps, float switches, solenoid valves, etc are available to meet the specific requirements for each application
