Fuel Oil Pump Sets

Our fully integrated, engineered, skid mounted or enclosed pumping systems are the perfect answer to meet today’s high performance and reliability standards found in commercial, industrial and institutional applications. With a wide range of flow rates to meet the requirements for each system, our fuel oil pump sets provide a reliable means for the transfer of fuel to oil burner, day tank or emergency generator fueling systems.

Day Tanks

Our single wall and double wall series day tanks provide a ready supply of oil/diesel fuel for boilers, diesel generators, or other stationary, engine driven or burner fired equipment. With capacities ranging from 25 to 650 gallons, we can provide standalone storage tanks or complete tank/pump systems.

Fuel Polishing Systems

Our fuel oil polishing systems are fully automatic, self contained units specifically designed to purify and filter stored diesel fuel. Insuring the integrity of the diesel fuel ensures generator starts, reduces annual maintenance and the disposal of contaminated fuel and reservoir cleaning costs. Maintaining clean and dry diesel fuel also discourages the growth of algae and bacteria and eliminates the need to add expensive chemicals and biocide additives, resulting in additional savings.

Pump/Tank Level Controllers

Our PC & PTC series, UL508A listed, tank level, pump controllers and alarm consoles are designed for use with any tank and sensing device that transmits an alarm condition by opening or closing switch contacts. While the controls are usable with a variety of field sensors, our series PC & PTC controllers are optimized for pump, level control and assures complete safety and minimum installation cost.

Flow Control Manifolds

Our Flow Control Manifolds are generally sold in conjunction with our day tank solutions. They provide vital control and bypass options for the flow of fuel to and from the day tanks or generators. Our manifolds are hand crafted using flanged connections to ensure they are durable for any critical application,

Tank Fill and Offloading Systems

Our wall or tank mountable fillbox is a compact, economical solution for the simple filling of above ground storage tanks. Easy to access, while providing spill prevention and provided with optional tank overfill prevention controls. Autofill systems include all valves and fittings necessary to allow fuel transfer via a hose connection from a pumper truck to an above ground storage tank.

Fuel Oil Pump Sets

These fully integrated, engineered, self-contained, pre-packaged and pre-wired package pumping systems are the perfect answer to meet today’s high performance and reliability standards found in commercial, industrial and institutional applications. With a wide range of flow rates, our pumping systems provide a reliable means for the transfer of fuel to oil burners, day tanks or emergency generators where system head pressures range from 0 to 200 PSI.

Duplex Pump Systems

Duplex pump systems where a more critical fuel transfer system is called for. System alternates between lead and lag pump.

Triplex Pump Systems

Triplex pump systems where a more critical fuel transfer system is required or flow rates may vary downstream. System alternates between lead, lag pump and standby pumps.

Fuel Standalone/Master Control Panels

Our Master Control Panels can be sold separately or as part of an overall system design. Our panels are UL508A rated and are provided fully factory tested. We customize the programming for your application and can integrate our panels to control or take information from other equipment not just our own. Most applications require our control panels to act as a master to other slave controllers with the ability to provide data to external BAS systems via BacNet/TCP IP and Modbus.

Fuel Filtration & Purification Systems

Phillips Fuel Systems fuel oil purification system is a self-contained, prepackaged and pre-wired unit specifically designed to purify and filter stored diesel fuel. Preserving the integrity the integrity of the diesel fuel helps ensure trouble-free generator and diesel engine starts and reduces annual maintenance, contaminated fuel disposal and annual reservoir cleaning costs.

Day Tanks

Phillip's PDT series single wall or PDWT series double wall day tanks provide a ready supply of oil or diesel fuel for boilers, diesel generators, or other stationary, engine-driven or burner-fired equipment.  With capacities ranging from 25 to 650 gallons, Phillips Fuel Systems day tank may be selected for maximum fuel capacity for placement in a minimum amount of space.

All tanks are manufactured in accordance with UL 142 and meet NFPA 30 standards.  Each Phillips day tank is constructed from 10 gauge steel, seam welded to provide long lasting life in rugged industrial and commercial environments.

Each tank is pressure tested with a 5 PSI rating, and has an internal epoxy coating with an external chemical-resistant enamel finish over a rust-resistant primer.

Standard Tank

Complete day tank system with various pump, motor & control combinations to fit your particular appications. Available in single wall with open top outer rupture basin or double wall closed top rupture basin.

Flow Control Manifolds

When two or more day tanks are being filled by one set of pumps, a flow control manifold is most often required to direct fuel only to the day tanks calling for it. Manifolds can use Solenoid of Motorized Ball Valves for the automated control function whilst manual ball valves provide an important bypass function should you have an issue with your valve.

Tank Fill & Offloading Systems

Tank or Pad Mounted Tank Fill Systems

Our tank fill systems are a compact, economical solution for the simple filling of above ground storage tanks.

Tank Fill Systems With Off-loading pumps

Our tank fill systems with off loading pumps are a reliable an inexpensive packaged system that is excellent for pumping fuel from gravity transports to above ground storage tanks.

In Wall Tank Fill Systems

Our in-wall, flush mount, fuel transfer spill containment boxes are designed to contain oil spills in those instances where the oil lines run inside to an outside wall.
